I much prefer the wood cat litter to the mineral granules as it is naturally absorbent and does not stick to the litter tray when you empty it unlike the mineral granules. So it is cleaner to deal with and it does not create a lot of dust when you pour it out, unlike the mineral granules. The wood absorbs any cat smell. It is also much lighter in weight so the used wood litter does not make the dustbin really heavy!
